Install mojave Z77-D3h - USB ports

  • Hello friends,

Please begin to excuse my bad English.

I recently installed the mojave rom and the corresponding osx.

However, I noticed that when starting the bios, I have to turn off the usb printer or unplug the usb port disks to allow booting.

How to solve this problem ?

Thank you in advance for your contribution.

    Cordially.

  • supergg12: If you have plugged an external USB-HDD with XFS-Filesystem then your machine will not boot. I have the same problem with "My Book" from Western Digital. I have to unplug the external HDD on every boot and reboot. The only suggestion for you is another Filesystem. I believe that the type of partition make sense, too.

Excuse my bad english, please. I left school in 1980. ;-)

Have a nice day and best regards

  • Hello bluebyte,

Thank you very much for your quick response.

However I failed to indicate that this is an ozmosis installation of mojave

Regarding the problem of USB ports, the big problem is mainly a printer that I must turn off if I want the boot to succeed.

    What do you think ?

    Thanks again !
