To install it, you must use the the methods mentioned in your board manual.
Chapter 2.1.2 "ASUS EZ Flash 2" or Chapter 2.1.3 "ASUS CrashFree BIOS 3 utility".

After that you should be able to boot from a Mac OSX USB install stick which you have to create from either an original Apple Mac-Device or another Hackintosh.

Even if this thread is closed right now I´d like to leave a brief note how to solve the mentioned Issue.

ASUS Mainboards won't permit a flash of modified ROM´s via EZ Flash or EZ Update since the modification breaks the Checksum of the ROM File. To flash it anyway copy the file to a USB Stick (FAT Format) and connect this USB Stick to your PC. If you turn the PC on it will automatically recognise the Bios Update on the USB Drive and start the flashing process (all of this is actually described in your Mainboards User Guide as well just read the section about ASUS Crash Free Bios).
