Nächten Monat kaufe ich noch 64 GB Ram dazu, Meine alte GPU 6900 XT tut sehr gute Leistung. Warum sollte ich dies ersetzen oder habe ich da was falsches Verstanden.

Mit Windows kenne ich mich ja aus, aber eine EFI für Mac zu erstellen, da bin ich immer aufgeschmissen. -

mit dem von Bob-Schmu genannten tool, kannst du dir eine basis efi unter windows am zielpc erstellen, die du dann noch z.b. den ocat bearbeiten kannst z.b. für die ländereinstellung oder andere dinge.
da du ja ein bereits laufendes osx hast, kannst du dort mittels 2tem usb stick einen osx stick, entweder per terminalbefehl oder z.b. mittels tinu einen solchen stick anfertigen.

If you overlook the fact that your system (as well as mine) consumes a lot more energy than the most modern apple systems, a year from now if you can still find it add another 6900 and you'll be at the top for a couple more years.
If you do video editing work with your hack it's hard to find a more powerful counterpart in mom apple's house

@apfel-baum: zur zeit habe ich meinen Laptop nicht mehr, aber ich habe ja noch ein Stick für Sequoia mit der EFI vom meinem alten Asus Mainboard.
In Windows kann ich auf dem Stick zugreifen. Ich probiere es mal aus was Bob-Schmu mir gesendet hat. Werde mich mal rein arbeiten.

He took the wrong MB for that.
The ASUS ProArt Z890-Creator WIFI would have been the better choice.
This has 2x PCIe 5.0 x16 which can be divided into x8/x8.
It wouldn't have made any difference to the price.
The ASUS ProArt Z890-Creator WIFI also has 2x Thunderbolt 5 / USB4 v2 80Gb/s + 1x Thunderbolt 4 / USB4 40Gb/s + 1x RJ-45 10GBase-T, Marvell what is supported by macOS.

interesting, i had for my system a ProArt board i changed with hero i have now because PCIE slot for gpu were spaced in a better way for a dual tri slot gpu system
for both Proart and Hero there is no support for USB4 (asmedia chip) and i cant use it
Interesting if on z890 platform all those devices are supported well in OSX

Sobald du die zwei PCIe 5.0 M.2 Slots belegst, hat deine GPU nur noch x8.

Bob-Schmu i don't know if in Maldon system all is working well (i know for sure two ethernets on board worked well also in Asusx870e Proart i used for my AMD
I would prefer always Hero mb if the slot placement is similar to mine
I will search to understand which chipset are Proart z890 thunderbolt ad USB4
it could be my "last" intel/hack system if performance is confirmed!
on my x870E hero i have 5 nvme slot but if i fullfill my system with two gpu i loose one of it
(not tested because i have two GPU, 4 Nvme and 4 sata SSD disks) but hero manual is pretty clear in this subject
in DaVinci Resolve loosing 16x for gpu to 8x is not a big drama so it is a limited problem for me
However i am very curious about some your benchmarks whern your system will be ready

LGA1851 ist nicht die Zukunft, hätte es für Z790 ein weißes MB mit Rückseite Anschlüsse und Thunderbolt 4 gegeben, wäre ich lieber auf LGA1700 geblieben, man merkt wirklich kein Unterschied zwischen einem 14900k und 285K.

Hi, habe soeben eine EFI erstellt, die ich auch hochladen werde. Es bootet zwar, aber es bleibt stehen. Ich habe auch ein Bild gemacht.

Bei Emulate hast du bei Cpuid1Data einen Alderlake angegeben.Sorry, Quatsch.
Trotzdem scheint da was nicht zu stimmen mit dem Spoofing.

wie gesagt, habe da keine Ahnung, ich habe es nach der OpCore-Vereinfachen erstellet, mir war klar das es Probleme gibt, nur welche ist mir nicht bewusst.
OCAT hat keine Probleme gefunden -
Ich denke mal, dass dir greecedrummer dabei sicherlich helfen kann.
OCAT meckert auch nur über Dinge die es nicht kennt oder vermisst.
Was du da an Masken reinschreibst, ist OCAT ziemlich wumpe.
Kannst da auch dein Geburtsdatum oder deine Telefonnummer reinschreiben.
Dein Problem ist halt, dass so gut wie niemand die gleiche Hardware besitzt.
