Das Problem scheint wohl, dass beim Klonen der Partitionen, wie üblich, der Inhalt der versteckten EFI-Partition nicht mitgeklont wurde.
Boote ins Windows und verifiziere diese Theorie, in dem du wie folgt dort die EFI-Partition deiner neuen macOS-Platte mountest und überprüfst --> https://superuser.com/question…i-partition-on-windows-10
Ist das tatsächlich der Fall, kannst du hierüber auch die hoffentlich noch irgendwo gesicherte, funktionierende EFI der alten macOS-Platte in die neue und leere EFI der neuen macOS-Platte kopieren.
Danach dann im BIOS die neue macOS-Platte als Boot-Platte auswählen und weiter machen.

Prüfe mal ob im Bios noch die richtige Platte als Bootmedium eingestellt ist

Does windows start?
if so
1) open CMD as admin
2) diskpart
3) list disk
4) be sure which one is OSX disk (ie disk 2)
5 sel disk 2
6) sel part 1
7)assign letter=b
in this way you assign a letter to your EFI partition and this will mount your OSX EFI partition
to see inside you have to use or total commander or OCAT or browse it with Task manager browse (i use this method)
you can copy or modify things to recover any problems

It is inside an EFI partition then you have an EFI folder
then another EFI folder with BOOT and OC
it is wrong in this way
and it seems you mixed also with stuff useful to boot windows

however this below is the EFi of windows (i have on two separate disk (windows and OSX))
this below is my OSX EFI partition:
i boot windows starting with this efi and using opencore as boot loader
from here i can boot Windows or OSX
What was your previous working config?
From opencore you could boot OSX or Windows?

this is your situation:
OC andBoot folders should be at the same level of _MACOSX folder i see in your picture
Not inside another EFI folder

Es macht den Anschein als hättest du den EFI-Ordner in der EFI-Partition deiner Windows-Platte kopiert.
Wenn macOS auf einer anderen Festplatte installiert ist, muss der EFI-Ordner auch in die dortige EFI-Partition.
Erst dann wird dir die macOS-Platte auch als bootfähig im BIOS angezeigt werden. -
oder du hast einfach unwissentlich die oc-config geschrottet- das passiert auch schon mal
- das "bios" guckt zuerst in die bootorder, bzw. festgelegte boot platte, dort in deinem fall in die fat32 partition und folgend in den ordner "efi"- wenn damit irgendetwas wie z.b. die prüfsumme nicht stimmt,- geht das eben nicht weiter- /die verschachtelung ist verkehrt -passiert, daher ggf. immer nen usb-stick mit der gesicherten efi in petto haben.

I wouldn’t touch nothing with bootice
I would try to choose disk from bios to boot if you have adjusted Efi partition as I see in last your pictures

If you can post boot and oc folder in a zip file to see if they are fine
