which OS are you installing?

have you set properly your motherboard Bios?

I have checked your Kernel Patch section and now is good for your 5800X3D

Your GPU instead must be spoofed to work (but it is another problem)

I would check in bios if you have:

4G ON

UEFI ON

CSM OFF

to start

I see in config a kext for USB mapping

is it properly done for your System?

Have you updated all your kext?

then if you are installing Monterey or greater OSX you miss a kext:

AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext

AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext.zip

with this kext you should pass that Hang

Paul1983 try to disconnect ethernet cable and see if it is the same

you should have an intel i225 ethernet (and it could not be supported well)

You are also using an ethernet kext for a Realtek board

I see also some weird option , but for now we have to see if gpu is loaded fine ( I assume system was booting fine with only no GPU acceleration)

yep if WEG is disabled that boot arg is not useful ( but it is safe to leave it does nothing)
