Mir ist auch schon was aufgefallen am Bild. Vielleicht ist das dein Problem.
Dein SMBIOS steht auf iMac10,1. Normalerweise haben iMac's keine Batterie.Daher könnte der Wechsel zu einem MacBook Pro oder Macbook Air helfen. Das solltest aber über einen Bootstick testen, da es sonst sein kann das dir der Laptop nicht mehr startet. Dazu kannst deinen vorhanden Installationstick nehmen. Ziel ist es dabi nur ein SMBIOS zu finden von einem Mac mit Batterie welches High Sierra bei dir startet.
Minimal ist für High Sierra MacBookAir3,1 oder MacBookPro7,1. Probiere daher mal diese beiden SMBIOS.

Das ist ein unlösbares Problem mit der Batterieanzeige bei den älteren MCP79 Chipsätzen. Ich spreche aus eigener Erfahrung, habe auch ein Laptop mit selbigem Chipsatz.

ACPIBatteryManager.kext" und dieser DSDT.aml Patch lösen bei @agali das Problem mit der Batterie bei EL-Capitan. Bei High-Sierra geht es dann nicht mehr. Wenn möchtest kannst du mal Testen ob dieser Patch und Kext bei dir gehen.
Ich vermute das der Kext fehlerhaft oder gar nich geladen wird. Bin daher gespannt auf die Rückmeldung der geladenen Kexte.#Maintained by: RehabMan for: Laptop Patches
