I think it´s about Motherboards and if it´s what you are about it surely depends on your skills and knowledge to find one one which fits your needs best...

If it´s about the ease to use factor any OZ compatible ZXX Board might satisfy your needs since in the most cases there is nothing more to do than flash the modified rom and install OS-X right away. If it´s about maximum performance take a look at the Skylake success thread to get inspiration but be aware that Skylake setups are usually not a simple walk trough you´ll need to read a lot of stuff and be pretty versatile in Clovers handling and configuration....
