Pay Attention:

This EFI is calibrate perfectly for system summarised above!

Also identical system may have the need of some adjustment (MMIO whitelist section)

I use with this EFi different OS like Big Sur, Monterey and macOS Ventura in their latest also beta revision

I can't describe anything that does not work here (Sleep,wake and so on are perfect)

I use this rig daily with Black Magic Davinci Resolve and Adobe Suite (ME,AE,PR,PS)

EFI updated (Kernel Patches) to have beta 13.3 (1,2,3) working with AMD platform

it is not advisable to use a so old system with this kind of hardware

thanks to Lorys89 for his advice I have modified my USB mapping (attached in this post)

with this is possible to wake the system with USB keyboard/mouse click (2 click to wake it, but it is possible to wake system with only one click)
