Disable my aquantia and 2 i211 original lan and buy a working OOTB ethernet USB and a Fenfvi t919 wifi/bt
with these for about 80 Euro I have all working without pains

There are People having success with the i211AT i heard, but as you wrote, buy USB LAN OOB Driverless ( most Realtek ) and Fenvi for WLAN + BT or ASUS PCE-AC68 and IOGear GBU521
I had selected my Board specifically for non Intel Lan ( Realtek RTL8125B Z490 and i5 10400 for UHD630 ) to get it working as near as possible to last Intel Macs.

Generell eignen sich Asus AMD boards sehr gut für Hackintoshing. Am besten eher ein B550, die kommen meistens mit Intel i255 Ethernet. Die meisten X570 verwenden noch den Intel i210-AT, welcher seit Monterey problematisch ist.

du hast in dem Thread Ryzen 5 5600x und RX 6900 xt alle hier an deiner BigSur Installation auf deiner jetzigen Hardware arbeiten lassen mit der Ankündigung das du evtl. ein neues MoBo kaufen wirst für die Kompatibilität mit Monterey und Ventura.
Da dort ja alle bescheid wussten, würde ich sagen es währe eigentlich sinnvoll gewesen diese Diskussion auch dort weiter zu führen.
