Plug in an Intel wifi Card and use the Intel Kexts. Your Wifi Card Needs vendor-id entries in airportbrcmfixup.Kext and a patch in opencore config to work properly.

Die Frage kam schon einmal auf. Am besten du installierst Windows auf eine 2. SSD (M.2 SATA Slot) und fügst den EFI Eintrag in die Config hinzu.

WiFi soll wohl wesentlich stabiler sein als bei Intel-Karten

jboeren kannst du mir mal deine config senden ? Bitte? Möglicherweise habe ich mir irgendwas mit den Betas eingefangen.

Ich finde komischerweise nie Softwareupdates... Hänge auf 11.0.1 fest

deine soundkarte hat auch noch die alcid=1 drin da musste Google anwenden welchen Codec deine hat dann passt du die ID an.

habe ich bei der Grafik unter Devices auch die device-id drin gelassen ? Wenn ja lösche mal den ganzen Wert also „device-id“ selbst löschen. Die brauchst du nicht.

Und die Patches hinzufügen. Oder im BIOS den DVMT prealloc wert auf 32MB einstellen.

übrigens sind in der config für dein G3 die ganzen debug Funktionen aktiv vllt dauert es deshalb etwas länger ist ja nur der erste Versuch. deine Soundkarte und die Grafikkarte sollte das kleinste Problem sein Akku/Touchpad etc geht nehme ich an?

Was muss ich an der EFI ändern für das G3?

Ist doch ein FullHD Skylake System richtig? Mit Intel HD 520?

Am besten du erstellst dir erstmal die DSDTs samt SSDTs dann kannst du mir die geben oder du patcht dir die selbst wenn du weißt wie das geht. Ich orientiere mich immer an dem Guide von Rehabman für die HP-ProBooks usw.

Wenn du deine ACPI Dateien hast (DSDT/SSDT) kann ich dir die auch gerne patchen und eine Config zusammenschustern^^

Oder wir gehen das gemeinsam durch

vivandi Wo treten die Fehler genau auf? zeig mal deine Logs/EFI und Verbose Ausgaben bitte.

thats crazy our 840 G1 works nearly perfectly in Big Sur. can u post your Verbose?

Razor12 wenn es eine M.2 Karte sein soll biste mit der DW1820A bzw. BCM94350ZAE ganz gut beraten denke ich.

i repeat:

why do you not use our EFI which has been successfully tested and use it with the Intel WIFI Kexts?

give it a try change your serial and ROM in the config and go for it. (dont forget to add your intel kext to load in it)
