All I can definitely tell is that it works without any issues here.
You also use a sage 10g and flashed the firmware after modification with UEFIPatch via Flashback function?
The modified Bios without the SSDT brings nothing as well as the SSDT without the modified Bios.

Yes, i did the falshback procedure as described by you and i used the modified firmware that you have attached in the tutorial related to Sage.
As soon as i can i will try to redo the procedure: even if i read that even some other user sleep does not work with the modified 3101.

Sleep works without issues here!
Just check your acpi... I'm actually off the whole Hackintosh story, but this should be more then enough, to give you an idea where to look at...
