Ozmosis boot loader for m2 ssd

  • I have M2 ssd and installed 167x-xmax but my ssd is not booting .how to solve it

    Thanks and Regards

  • Do you really need a m2 SSD speed?
The price of an ordinary SSD is not so high today.
I have a Gigabite GA150N motherboard and on my normal SSD, Mojave works smoothly.

  • Is it recognised as a bootable device? Does it appear in the F12 boot menu?

Referring to your Motherboards Manuel please have the following in mind as well:

    Zitat

(M.2, SATA Express, and SATA3 4/5 connectors can only be used one at a time. The SATA3 4/5 connectors will become unavailable when an M.2 SSD is installed.)

If something is connected to SATA3 4/% connectors remove it otherwise your m2 drive may also not work. OZ does not care wether you use M.2 or SATA as long as the drive ist recognised properly and present as bootable device in F12 Menu. Also check your Bios Version since m.2 NVME Support is only available on F6 or greater also make sure you disable CSM Mode as well since the NVME UEFI Driver will not load as long as CSM ist active.
