Well there are a couple of problems regarding APFS Boot entries and OZ and unfortunately the QUO AOS seems to be one of the problematic Boards...
To make a long story short writable NVRAM is essential to make it work. On my Z77-DS3H (F10 revision of Firmware) it works I am able too add all needed boot entries through EFI Shell and they persist even across reboots. The same thing won't work on the QUO AOS since the boot entries manually added will vanish as soon as you reboot or leave the EFI Shell they are simply gone which indicates that NVRAM is not fully writeable on this Plattform. I just filed an issue about it on InsanelyMac and hope one of the OZ Developers will take care of it...
