Xiaomi Air 12,5" | M3-7Y30 | 4GB RAM | HD 615 | SSD 128GB

Letze Woche habe ich mir dieses Gerät zugelegt und hatte auch Schwierigkeiten mit Trackpad. Habe die EFI von @ivanmkd im Cleaninstall verwendet. Die aktuelle Version der Voodooi2c dazu und dasTrackpad funktionierte gut.Nach dem einspielen der Sicherung war das Pad wieder weg. Bevor ich das Przedre wiederhole wollte ich mal nachfragen ob jemand eine Idee hat, woran das liegen kann...

Ich habe bei meinen das Problem nicht (ist auch ein anderes Modell)
Vielleicht können @nabster oder @rockozzz was dazu sagen, die eine andere EFI als Du benutzen.

Gestern hab ich das ganze nochmal ,wie oben beschrieben, durchgeführt. Allerdings ohne Sicherung. Nach dem Update auf 10.13.5 ging das Pad.
Nach einem Neustart war es auch schon wieder vorbei mit dem Pad.

Nein, dass habe ich nicht getan. Ich habe nochmal ganz von vorne angefangen. Also einen neuen Stick mit der aktuellen MacOs Version hergestellt.Dann ganz normal installiert. Siehe da, alles funktioniert so wie es soll. Ein großes Dankeschön an alle, die hier Pionierarbeit geleistet haben.

How the hotpatch works? Do I need to extract my DSDT with F4 in Clover and put that in ACPI origin?

Hotpatches work exactly as they are called as hotpatches
The DSDT is patched directly after it is loaded into RAM so there is no need to extract and place any File unless you plan to patch your DSDT on your own...

Did anyone get the chance to try Mojave on this laptop. I am still on 10.13.6.
Oh just for your knowledge: VoodooI2C.kext has been updated to 2.1.1

Im still on 10.13.3. Had no time to update my mac yet but as far as I know my hotpatch build should be working with all 10.3.x series. Mojave is still a question it is still in beta so I would not touch my hand on if you want a stable machine.

I confirm influenist build works with Mojave, but you need to set FakeID to 0x12345678 to run the update. After the update process is finished set the framebuffer patches in Device/Properties with wathevergreen. So delete Intelgraphicsfixup.kext and IntelDVMTfixup from Other.

P.S. Mojave is not in beta anymore.

Die FakeID und danach kann es WhateverGreen doch. Ist aber unlogisch und ich kann es auch bestätigen das es anders geht und man gleich mit diesem Kext zum Erfolg kommt.

Hast Du den Framepatch auch angewendet und alle Kexte die in WEG Einzug erhalten haben gelöscht ?

Lade mal deinen aktuellen EFI hoch

Dann entferne mal

• IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup.kext
• IntelGraphicsFixup.kext

Füge die neue LILU und WhateverGreen Version dazu mit der plist im Anhang
