Sierra auf einem Lenovo E460

    Probiere mal meinen Cloverordner und die entsprechenden Einstellungen in der config.plist sowie die SSDT-DGPU.aml. Damit läuft meiner sehr gut unter HS.

    Danke... probiere ich mal aus. Wobei die SSDT-DGPU bei mir keinen Sinn macht, mein E460 hat nur eine iGPU.


    Nachtrag: Bisher kein Erfolg. Ich habe auch so langsam den Eindruck, dass eine Installation auf einer externen HDD oder SSD nicht so wirklich hilfreich ist, wenn man den Ruhezustand testen möchte. Da werde ich die SSD wohl demnächst mal einbauen müssen...

    Besser ist das wohl da je nach DSDT und USB Config im Sleep die USB Ports komplett vom Strom genommen werden was natürlich so ziemlich das letzte ist was man für die Systemplatte haben möchte ^^

    Denke ich auch. Wobei externe Volumes nach dem Aufwachen aus dem Ruhezustand nicht wie bei meinem Skylake-Desktop ausgeworfen werden. Ich werde die SSD aber wie gesagt demnächst mal einbauen und dann ja sehen, ob das etwas bringt.

    hello guys. I have e460 too. I have some troubles. When wake up my high sierra pc from sleep, it restart and it cant start mac os x. When I press 5 second to power button it shutdown. And when i press power button again i can start my mac os x. I applied so patch to my dsdt.
    What should i do ?

    Using 10.13.4 my E460 wakes up from sleep with a black screen and has to be shut down using the power button. I am having no issues with this laptop using Sierra 10.12.6 though.

    It looks like your setup is based on Rehabman´s laptop repo. I am wondering why you are using 0x191b0000 instead of 0x19160000 for ig-platform-id under "graphics"? You should also check your log files for kernel panics.

    I have nearly the same laptop as you, no problems with sleep or restart and I am on High Sierra :) .

    the trackpad works with the kext attached to this post (customized for Alps trackpads).

    Two finger scrolling works fine one my E460 with the kext attached to post #131. You must have working battery status on your laptop, otherwise the trackpad will not be working properly.
