Ich empfehle da auch gerne mal die Nutzung eines Kopfhörers am vorderen Ausgang.Kurz reinstecken, schauen ob er unter Systemeinstellungen->Ton->Ausgabe angezeigt wird, dann wieder raus ziehen und den Ton testen...manchmal reicht das auch schon um die Geräuschkulisse nach dem Sleep wieder auf Vordermann zu bekommen.
