Boot into an available OS like Recovery/Sierra/High Sierra/El Capitan or boot your Install-Thumbdrive. Then select systempreferences or the right app (in the Install-Menu) to choose your startup-volume. There you should be able to see the installed Mojave OS. Select it and reboot, there should be a new startup entry in the bootmenu. This specific boot entry should also be NVRam-Reset persistent, at least in 2 out of three cases I witnessed or heard about...

Zumindest in der Startvolume Wahl sollte die Installation angezeigt werden, sonst hast du was falsch gemacht (zB am ROM)

Es ist weder der ApfsDriverLoader, noch ein APFS-Treiber an sich im ROM enthalten. Dementsprechend ist es natürlich auch nicht möglich APFS-Festplatten zu sehen.Bitte folge den Angaben im Eingangspost ganz genau, um Mojave mit Ozmosis zu installieren, sonst klappt dies nicht.

Sicher, dass F9 nicht den UEFI Modus beinhaltet oder ist dieser bloß nicht über das normale BIOS erreichbar?Es gab doch dieses Tool, mit dem man über das extrahierte ROM die BIOS settings einsehen und ändern konnte, wie hieß das nochmal? Manchmal kommen da noch die ein oder anderen Optionen zum Vorschein, die das standard BIOS garnicht anzeigt...

X99 is a different topic, Ozmosis can't be inserted that easily into X99 ROMs.
