I used "Dell XPS 13 9343 OC 085.zip" to create Monterey setup, but it was pending at apple logo. Can u give me some help.

Sure. First we Need to know which CPU is working at your xps 13 9343. Core i5 or i7? With the Core i7 there are some problems in the past which we cant fixed so far.
