dunkel erinnere ich, dass amdsysteme als hacki probleme mit adobe bildbearbeitungsprogrammen haben/hatten. wurde des öfteren thematisiert, aber ob das jetzt noch so ist, kann ich nicht sagen.

AMD-Hackies und Photoshop. Premiere & Co. sind keine Freunde, je nach Alter der CPU können verschiedene (notwendige) Befehle nicht ausgeführt werden. Ich hab keine Ahnung, wie die das in Windows machen, aber unter macOS geht jedenfalls so einiges nicht.

Das ist dann auch der Hauptgrund, warum ich das AMD-Kapitel schnell wieder Beiseite gelegt habe, auch wenn es bei den neuen Vielkern-Systemen wieder anders aussieht..

Waves Plugin, Adobe suite Maya , Krisp, Matlab, PyTorch, Luminar Neo, Wolfram Mathematicaand so on which use MKL Intel library

if you used old method to patch (deleting stuff or using old libraries) reinstall and use only method i have posted

there is not so much to explain:

1) vanilla Suite installation

2) do not delete or run old methods

3) this command for photoshop:

In link i have sent in this thread you will find also an Historical "story" how this method is born

note:

this is not a "crack" for pirating a app

it is only a simple way to have all software using intel MKL library working also in AMD osx pc

i installed in this way, but do it only if you understand well what are you doing!

from terminal:

• brew install nodejs

If you have not installed brew on your system you have to install (googling how to)

• brew install yarn

Then

yarn global add amdfriend

and in this way you have downloaded and set amdfriend script in your pc

then execute it to patch adobe app or other app problematic with AMD cpu

i am using these apps from adobe:

the script solves problem with camera tracking, stabilizing in AE

Stabilizing and other problem in Premiere Pro

In PS . liquify,neural filters, drag and drop image, many filters werent working

It is a worth try it

Obviusly on an Intel hack you can use without this efforts to do..but now it is possible to use also for AMD all problematica app, without using old libraries or deleting working and useful plugin!
