@nacwindows consider not to use an outdated SMBIOS since that's what's the shown Error Message is all about. Your picture in post 217 also imply that you use a pirated version of macOS downloaded somewhere from the internet so please do not ask for help on that stuff since it is against our Board-rules. Use a legit installer instead or go ahead an ask the guy's you downloaded that stuff from for support on their pirated product...

I am sorry for asking help. I was trying to install Mac working version on Latitude E6420 that this discussion was. I tried to understand as best I can from the help provided by author and others. I am not too expert in the process and tried different things and learning. There was not any intention of using pirated version of the Mac.

Ja, ich habe dies schon oft hier gesehen. Er postet mit Vorliebe diese Bilder (Monterey/Ventura) ohne Grafikbeschleunigung, was keinen Sinn macht.

Vielleicht hätte er sogar noch Möglichkeiten mittels OCLP non-Metal-Patch mit der HD3000, aber da bin ich echt nicht mehr aktuell diesbezüglich.

Allerdings, so macht es nun wirklich keinen Sinn, es sei denn man hat sonst nix zu tun.

ohne Hardwarebeschleunigung kann man noch eine Menge machen. Für Office und Internet reicht es allemal. Nur mit Sandybridge kommt man ohnehin nicht weit. Da konnte ein Windows 10 noch ganz gut laufen. Bei macOS allenfalls bis 10.15, denke ich.

Oh, ich hatte die Hintergründe übersehen. Ich hatte auf dem T430 mal Monterey laufen. Mit Patcher für die HD4000. Die Performance hat mir keine Freude bereitet, deshalb belasse ich es bei 11.7

Ok, er schreibt, dass bei ihm alles geht, dann ist ja alles gut. Ich will dies nicht weiter beurteilen.

I have been trying to install monterey on my e6520 and I gets stuck at the apple logo loading screen.

Maybe the efi folder is bad.

Can you share a working version?

Ok, I answered my question myself.

After succeeding in charging the battery to 1%, I now see the battery indicator and the battery settings that no longer appears when removing the battery.

The BATT0.AML is definitely not for this Laptop, the EC ACPI code contains only 8bit fields, no battery patches are required.

If you have the nVidia model, an external monitor is not possible. The digital outputs are tied to the Nvidia card, VGA could work, but not tested.

After this guide i got my E6410 on Monterey with full graphics acceleration! THIS is awesome 😎 maybe it helps u Ventura is possible too.
