    Ich habe nun auch eine AQC107 aus einer Lenovo Workstation hier, die nicht laufen will.

    Karte wird also als PCI Gerät erkannt, aber nicht unter MacOS geladen. Muss man hier eventuell andere Parameter patchen als bei anderen Karten (ASUS etc.)? Der Controller sollte ja identisch sein..?

    Eigentlich schon, aber vielleicht steckt der Fehler noch im Detail. Einen Link habe ich leider nicht, die Karte stammt aus einer Thinkstation P620. Das hüsste der WIndows Treiber sein: https://support.lenovo.com/de/de/downloads/ds540385

    Ich kann morgen einmal ein Foto machen, habe noch eine zweite Karte, die in einem cMP steckt. Da läuft sie glaube ich.

    bin neu hier und entschuldige mich im Vorfeld für die dumme Fragen :D


    Lage:

    5950X

    Asus ProArt Creator X570

    Big Sur 11.7.2


    on board NICs:


    1- Intel i225-V 2.5GBe

    2- Aquantia Aqc113Cs


    "1" funktioniert, die Aquantia geht leider nicht.


    Ich habe schon mit dem Quirk ForceAquantiaEthernet versucht...leider ohne erfolgt.


    DisableIomapper=false und SMD (virtualization Funktion bei AMD) wurden schon berücksichtigt.

    Was kann ich noch versuchen?

    I thought the Caseyj patches were usable starting with Monterey, I'm stuck with Big sur (waiting for my 6900Xt coming in tomorrow) as I'm on a Gt710. Can I use those patches as well?


    I can run a Aqc107 connected via Thunderbolt (Akition Tb3 Hub) just fine, without loading anything...that´s what i can't explain: even spoofing the device id of the Aqc107 I haven't been able to run the Aqc113cs so far.


    In the PCI tree i can see the card but it doesn't even show up in the device listing in System Report.

    PS Ho visto che hai OCAT con supporto ad OpenCore 0.86, dove lo hai preso? pensavo le release si fermassero allo 0.78....grazie mille! Ale

    I start from latest question (OCAT)

    Also 087 is supported

    Download latest OCAT version then select latest release and choose get opencore


    About aquantia

    Till big sur my Aquantia (107) worked well with available old patches (before the quirk I mean)

    From Monterey and greater the quirk never worked

    Then CaseySJ has found a solution:

    I am installing big sur (latest) to see if Aquantia works also there in my system (if it needs of aquantia patches, we have to try with a different MinKernel for Big Sur)
