Excuse me, my pc is very similar to yours. Previously, I try used Clover to boot the system(10.14 Mojave). I fix the sound and display problems, but I can't fix hibernation and shutdown problems. I found your OC EFI in this forum at yesterday. Download and try use OC Booting the system, use this EFI,fix the problem of hibernation and shutdown, but,my graphics card is an integrated graphics card (HD4400) , I try to fix this problem, I use opencore configurator to modify config.plist, it will cause the system to crash every time , so I would like to ask for help and make me an EFI (using HD4400 graphics card) .
motherboard:asrock z87 pro4 (BIOS ver:2.5)
cpu: intel i3 4170
ram:kington DDR3 1600*4
ssd :samsung sm961 256G (use M.2 to PCIE)
system: Mojave 10.14

The Intel intel i3 4170 should work. I use the HD4400 too - Intel i3 4160 iGPU only. (mainboard Fujitsu D3230 )
Did you try to use ProperTree-master for editing the Config.plist? May opencore configurator has issues editing your config files.
The config.plist below is along the Opencore Manual without SN ...
