VGA support in OS X is officially removed by Apple, but some GPUs can still be used for that with some patches. Can you please share details about your system in your profile?

VGA sometimes work without patches, sometimes not. Mostly Internal Graphics dont Support Vga, but much not internal cards (like Mine) Support

If you only have a monitor with an VGA-Port you might be able to use a DVI-to-VGA oder HDMI-to-VGA-Adaptor to connect the monitor to your GPU.
